Organization Information
Contact Person Information

You will be contacted by the educator leading your group two weeks in advance of your visit.

:
Please note we will do our best to accommodate this request but our working hours are 9am to 5pm.
Step 2: Your Group Age and Group Size
Maximum of 30 children per visit.
We require 1 chaperone per 10 children and allow a maximum of 5 chaperones. If a group wishes to bring additional chaperones they may do so but the chaperone will be required to pay admission fees.
Step 3: Program Type
Programs at The Noguchi Museum are inquiry-based, exploratory experiences. Tours last approximately one hour and stop at 3-5 works of art. Groups may also request a hands-on art making workshop that brings the chosen theme of the tour into the studio. A tour and workshop lasts approximately 90 minutes. A one-time visit to the Museum is free for summer camp programs based in New York City public schools. For other camp or community youth groups, the fee for a guided tour is $150 per group. Groups interested in participating in a hands-on art making workshop following their guided tours may do so for an additional fee of $75.

Please note that between July 7, 2015- August 7, 2015 we are unable to offer workshops.

Themes and Goals
Step 4: Date and Time Preferences
Tours and workshops are not available on Mondays or Tuesdays. A guided tour lasts approximately one hour, a tour + workshop approximately 90 minutes. Both are offered Wednesday-Friday, between the hours of 10am and 5pm*, and Saturday-Sunday, between the hours of 11am and 6pm.* *Exception: there are no tours available 2pm-3pm any day as this conflicts with the daily Public Gallery Talk.

Step 5: Terms and Conditions

Your tour will not be confirmed until you have agreed to our cancellation and lateness policy, given credit card information, and received an email confirmation.

Cancellation and Lateness Policy
1. To cancel or change your reserved time to visit the Museum, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your group on a new day or time as our schedule allows.

2. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice, will result in a $40 cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations with less than three days notice, will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the educator costs associated with your visit unless cancellation is due to unforeseen school closures or extreme weather conditions. (Educator fees vary depending on class size and program; a tour and workshop for a class of thirty, costs the museum $200)

4. If your group decreases by 10 or more in size, you must notify us at least two days in advance to receive a refund for those visitors, otherwise you are still responsible for the price of the original group size.

Credit Card Information
In order to confirm your visit to The Noguchi Museum, we must receive credit card information. The credit card will not be charged unless we are authorized to do so or the cardholder violates our cancellation policy and does not respond to attempts to collect payment for cancellation fees. Violation of our cancellation policy will result in charges for the cancellation fees outlined above. All credit card information is kept confidential. We will not keep your credit card on file after the visit date. If you do not feel comfortable submitting your credit card via this form, please call 718.204.7088 ext 203.
